Usage Policy

Currently we (Apollo5 LLC, doing business as SeniorDev) are only leveraging OpenAI's API's. As other API's become available and used we will update our usage policy accordingly. For now:

1. Neither we nor the API's we use are currently using data processed by SeniorDev to train or improve models.

2. Data is retained for abuse, misuse, and debugging for a maximum of 30 days, after which it will be deleted

What technical protections and security certifications does SeniorDev have in place?

We are currently looking into the requirements for obtaining SOC2 Type1 and SOC2 Type2 certifications. In the meantime, all sub-processors' systems used for SeniorDev are SOC2 Type2 certified
